To complement the standard range of equipment wires manufactured and supplied by Concordia Cables, we can also offer high temperature miniature thin walled equipment wires from Concordia Cables.
In addition to standard high temperature products like BS 3 210 and American MIL-W-16878 cables, Concordia Cables has developed a growing reputation for providing cost effective bespoke solutions to customer's specific problems and requirements.
Extruded polymeric insulation's include ETFE, FEP, PFA and PTFE to provide products with continuous conductor temperature ratings, or resistance to environmental temperatures, from 150°C to 260°C. For higher temperature environments up to 700°C, glass fibre braided conductors can be supplied.

The selection of insulant is complemented by using either tin, silver, nickel plated copper or pure nickel conductors.
